Woodland Hills Landwise Alliance (WHLA) has retained legal counsel to push back on the inappropriate proposed WHCC high density development
After consulting with a number of trusted, experienced land use consultants and attorneys, Woodland Hills Landwise Alliance (WHLA) is happy to announce that Jamie T. Hall, the managing partner of Channel Law Group is representing WHLA in our fight against the high density proposed development of Woodland Hills Country Club.
Mr. Hall is a civil litigator and lead attorney in environmental, zoning and land use matters and represents clients across the country before zoning boards, city councils and public utility commissions.
He brings years of experience in land use and community advocacy to the table, and we're pleased to be working with him and grateful he's taking up our cause. We'd also like to thank the neighbors who have donated out of pocket to retain Jamie's services. This benefits us all.
We know this fight won't be easy, and we expect continued legal costs. Please HELP OUR NEIGHBORHOOD AND DONATE TO THE LEGAL FUND. All proceeds will go toward pushing back against the proposed development, as well as toward funding a fire egress study and evacuation plan for our neighborhood that will be contracted out to an experienced civil and environmental engineering firm. Please see our funding page for more details.
