BEAR WITH US - DEALING WITH THE LEGAL AND LEGISLATIVE ASPECTS OF THE PROPOSED WHCC DEVELOPMENT HAS BEEN VERY TIME CONSUMING! WE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU NEED TO BE HEARD AND MIGHT EVEN BE DISTRAUGHT OVER WHAT COULD POTENTIALLY HAPPEN TO OUR NEIGHBORHOOD.

Many believe the developers will not stop with the northern end of the parcel and that they likely already have plans to develop the rest of the golf course. Do you favor stopping all further development on the remaining golf course area not currently part of the proposed plan?

What are your main concerns? Fire, crime, overcrowding, traffic, disruption of your right to live in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, protecting the sensitive ecosystem we live in, including wildlife?

Are you concerned about night skies and maintaining that?

If you could talk to the developers what would you say?

Are you happy with how state and local officials have handled legislation that impacts housing and suburban neighborhoods or is there room for improvement?

Do you think schools, police, and fire are staffed adequately to handle the needs or our community? Why or why not?

Are you concerned with noise pollution? We are! The noise from several hundred HVAC units running all at once could create decibel levels that will destroy the quiet of our neighborhood.

WE ARE WORKING ON A POSSIBLE FORMAT TO COLLECT SURVEY AND POLL INFORMATION FROM NEIGHBORS SO THAT YOUR VOICES CAN BE HEARD. THIS IS CHALLENGING. WE NEED TO ENSURE THAT ACTUAL RESIDENTS ARE GIVING INPUT, NOT OUTSIDE STAKEHOLDERS (LIKE THE DEVELOPERS OR PEOPLE WHO LIVE OUTSIDE OF OUR COMMUNITY - LIKE IN ANOTHER STATE, OR BOTS, ETC).
WE ALL NEED EACH OTHER, SO PLEASE PARTICIPATE - WE WANT TO HEAR FROM NEIGHBORS AND KEEP YOU IN THE LOOP.
