Proposed WHCC Development at 4868 N Canoga Ave
The Developers have sprung their plans on residents of the area without any thought or caring with respect to how this development will impact our community. They clearly do not value nor do they care about community input. Legislators in Sacramento have failed to consider the impact of recent legislation that was passed and have removed any remaining guardrails from AB 2011. It is critical that areas in high fire and environmentally sensitive zones be disqualified from ministerial review. They used to be, but these guardrails have been seriously compromised. We all know that the proposed development is not appropriate for ministerial review and must go through full planning review, including CEQA, impact studies and input from community homeowners.
